Long before the brokerage, the products, the bet, that was the line I kept coming back to. Watching how families actually decided. Not the loudest, not the fastest, not the one with the slickest funnel. The one whose thinking matched theirs.

I've always been quietly curious about how people think and what makes them choose what they choose. That's the question underneath everything I build.

In May 2024, after years in high-volume real estate, I founded Momentus. The plan was a boutique brokerage of my own.

The plan grew. What I'm building now is a real estate company designed for how people actually decide. The brokerage is the lab. The products are what's next.

Before the resume, here's the rest of me.

I'm a curious, resilient woman who loves creating, learning, and taking care of the people in my world. I value growth, honesty, and freedom. I am consistently becoming a more aligned version of myself, a sensitive, strong soul who cares deeply, thinks deeply, and keeps getting back up no matter what.

That's the part most "About" pages skip. I don't want to skip it. Everything I build, I build from there.

I'm a builder. I always have been.

I build companies. Products. Systems that didn't exist before I drew them. The brokerage was the first thing. It won't be the last.

I'm a connector. I always have been. Long before I was a builder, I was helping people make sense of big decisions. Fifteen years in Canadian banking, then fourteen years in Texas real estate, all of it really the same work. Pointing people toward the right partners, the right resources, the right next step. Somewhere along the way I stopped seeing two careers and started seeing one calling.

That's when I started building.

The System

Built around the decision, not the transaction.

Most real estate is still sold around the same three beats it was thirty years ago. Find a house. Make an offer. Close. Even though everything around them has changed, the decision underneath, who you are, what you actually need, what you're carrying, still gets skipped. The part that comes after gets skipped too.

The brokerage works because the model works. The model works because it's built around how people actually decide.

Momentus runs with a small matched team I trust. The products, for now, are me.

That foundation made everything else possible.

What I actually believe

The industry over-indexes on the wrong things.

Volume. Speed. Closings. None of it captures what's actually happening for the person on the other side of the table. Real estate is the largest single financial decision most families ever make, and it's almost always sold like a product instead of guided like a decision.

I think the next decade of real estate belongs to whoever rebuilds it around the person, not the home.

That's what I'm building. Yes, what I'm building uses AI. AI is the infrastructure, not the point. The point is intelligence designed around the person.

On reinvention

You can start over.

One thing I've learned, mostly the hard way, is that you can start over. At any age. From any place. As long as the falling doesn't define you, it's just the part that comes before the next chapter.

I bet on the version of me that hadn't shown up yet. She's the one writing this now.

If you're reading this in the middle of your own becoming, I want you to know it's allowed. The work of growing is what we're here to do.

On the mat

The mat is still mine.

I'm a yogi at heart. I've been off my mat for a while, but I still honor everything about the practice. The breath, the stillness, the way it teaches you to come back to yourself again and again. The people I practiced with were some of my soulmates. I'll be back on the mat soon. The practice waits. It always does.

I have two chihuahua babies named Sid and Chloe, who are by my side 24/7 and have been with me on those late nights, quietly building while the world was asleep.

I'm Canadian by birth and Texan by choice.

Community and giving back is the whole reason I'm doing this. Not as a footer. Not as a marketing layer. As the actual point. Education that's free first, paid second. A brokerage built on care, not commission. Animals, always. The ones who got the bad end of the stick through no fault of their own. When this company generates real surplus, that's where it goes.

All of it shows up in the work. None of it is decoration.
