Mo is the reasoning layer between when a buyer converts and when she closes, built so the broker can defend every AI output the agent ships. She reads what people don't always articulate, then matches them to homes that fit the life, not just the filter. For agents, she hands over client-specific briefing notes before every showing. Every consumer-facing output is reviewed before delivery, every interaction logged, every recommendation defensible under Fair Housing, TREC, TDPSA, and TRAIGA.

Compliance is the foundation. The psychology engine is the product within the moat.

Agents enter with a TREC license number and get TREC-aware language plus conversation drafts they can stand behind. No upsell. Real estate literacy shouldn't be paywalled.

Curb

A consumer iOS app for homeowners preparing to sell. Curb gives sellers a Home Readiness Score (0 to 100), a fix list ranked by return on effort, and a target date to be list-ready. They tap any fix to see the estimated dollar impact in their market, then track their score going up as they finish items. It's the first product in the ecosystem built for the person who isn't sitting across from me yet.
